In a sense yes, I think that the products and productions made by them is amazing especially considering that it it is totally non-profit yet at the same time I feel that it marginalises people who can't participate due to lack of skills etc. Not to mention that if you want to get promoted it's pretty much touch and go. =P (noooo this is NOT an insidious plot to get myself promoted..not at all..)
