ISA - Intelligence and Security Agency

Originally Intelligence and Security were seperate Departments, but they were combined a long time ago. And currently as far as I know, the Intelligence part is completely dead. It used to warn people of current security risks, new kinds of virus and simlar things. Computer-related that is, not a flu you can get yourself.
The Security part of this departments deals with lamers and other kinds of PD-breaking people.
