The Communications Department, for short Comms, houses pretty much everything to do with Communications (I know, shocking with that name).
The teams currently included are the Blue Report, Unions, Yearbook ... and the Archives. And the latest addition, Marketing which was moved over from Administrations.
Since his inception as Senior Manager in Communications, Smith has changed the landscape of the department for the future. Under his guidance the Unions Team, Blue Report and Yearbook has all had major renovations. Even saw the return of Unions Team and Archives Team. His long run as Blue Report Team Leader (AKA Blue Report Editor) has seen it's longest strain of published issues in a row and on time ever, and still going! His guidance has shown many changes for the better and future of Communications for the foreseeable future that will hold a lasting effect on the department and the community as a whole. For this CL8 Richard Smith is added to the Outpost10F Hall of Fame.
