The Bosses

Over the years, OTF has had several Commander-in-Chiefs, the ones that had control over it all.
(Or liked to think so, anyway.)
Uhm yes, here are some snippets about each of them.

Octavius Piraeus

The First CiC! One of the two founders actually.
Someone else will have to supply something more about him, because I only saw him a handful of times.

Andrew Maxwell

The second founder of OTF. Without these two, OTF wouldn't exist at all - which would be a real pity.
When Octavius retired, Andrew moved up from VC to CiC, and kept that position for quite a long time.

HAL/Daecrist

After Andrew retired, Andrew took over ... uhm, another Andrew that was.
HAL / Daecrist stayed CiC for a few years too, until he retired in 2013 (?) due to RL having become more demanding.

Iain

OTF's local Data/Agent Smith incarnation took over from there. Although it's not like he got any additional access-rights, he already had had them all, considering he had been the chief programmer for years before that.
He also still is the current CiC too.
