InDev - or Internal Development - is the department which is responsible for running and improving OTF. Membership requires a lot of coding-skills and trust - because with some mistakes you can crash OTF.
Al has changed the landscape of the Community, some may not have noticed his work off the bat, but his coding expertise and knowledge of how OTF works has allowed him to add so many features to OTF that if long-away OTFers returned they'd be blown away! Even before CL9 Al took over InDev as its Senior Manager, he was creating and assisting in so many coding tasks it's mind blowing. He's assisted in the making of BARDIS, the Dr Who themed room. He's added a feature to the chat where you can go back to a post that may have failed and click it then click to send it again instead of typing it all over again. Even helped with the 2015 remodel of the OTF homepage. Added a feature where if you accidently click X on your browser it doesn't close the tab with Outpost10F so there's no accidental leaving. And many other shiny features! For this and more to come, CL9 Al has been added to the Hall of Fame for Outpost10F. Excellent work!
