The Archives site you currently see has been created by Soka in August 2013:
The background-picture (planet with sun and station) is taken from OTF's v1-homepage, the rest was created specially for this page to go with that background. I hope it succeeded.
The displayed content has varying creators which in some cases are named, especially in the case of homepage-snapshots, in other cases not. All of it was made for OTF though and as such there should be no problem with adding it to the Archives.
