Welcome to this month's edition of the Blue Report! You might have already noticed that something's different this time. Indeed, I don't look like Bria. Sorry. ;)
In case you're wondering, there's nothing wrong with her - or at least no more so than usual, but she's in the middle of exams and so I got stuck with volunteered to handle some of her workload. She should be back next month, you can all rejoice, or be afraid, as you choose.

Now to sum up what happened in the past month; there has been a lot of changes in the EC, and the temperatures have been unusually high in many parts of the world. We haven't as of yet figured out whether or not those two events are related, but we are currently investigating (that is to say, the EC is currently having meetings to discuss the nomination of someone in charge of flipping a coin, the result of which coin-flipping will establish with absolute certainty and mathematical proof if the above-mentioned statement is correct). We'll keep you updated as soon as more information on this becomes available!

Anyway, you may now proceed with reading the rest of the report, which include more or less all the usual stuff, with only one exception. Much to our relief, Violent Violet has decided to go on vacations for a couple of weeks to harrass people at the other side of the world, and therefore hasn't been able to reply to your questions this month.
