Communications is a Department that obviously was very stable.
The 2001 version can be viewed here. It lasted about 2 years, until the next came out.

Around the Anniversary 2003 a new version came out, which survived for incredible 11 years, it was only updated to the current homepage when OTF v3 was launched, on February 8th 2015.
