The Blue Report is the current News Page at OTF. It is posted monthly, soon after Promotions/Awards have been posted. At this time the Condition/Alert is Blue, which gave the Blue Report its name.
It can be viewed at http://communications.outpost10f.com/bluereport/ and has its own built-in Archive. You can view the earlier editions by expanding the menu with the sneaky name Past Editions on the left.
In March 2015 it had a complete Design-overhaul, titled Blue Report v2.
