Hello! Happy Anniversary! Thanks for reading this month's Blue Report. If this is your first anniversary, you are in for a treat. Some of our original members return to regale the bar patrons of days past. we get to shoot and throw things, We eat, drink and are very merry people. Something you don't want to miss.
I can't tell you how proud I am of the progress the Outpost has made in the last year. So many new people have joined our ranks, Some of our seasoned members have returned to spend some time with us. We've had a Union, which we will recap in this issue. We've stayed busy and we've grown a bit.
It never ceases to amaze me how our little corner of the universe continues to attract new people. I find myself thinking of our illustrious founders and asking myself if they thought the Outpost would still be running strong 17 years after the first members logged in. I for one, am happy this place is still around. It gives me a place to hang out with my busy life, goof off and makes me part of a community.
Now, in this issue we've got some good stuff. As mentioned we will recap the Philadelphia Union, we are also welcoming Han as the new Music Editor and his first article is in this issue. Rob Atkins takes you on a rising journey with Tastes of the Outpost, and Paulie went to see Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and gives you the lowdown on that with the On Screen Movie Review.
One last thing, make sure to keep an eye on the updates board for the official Anniversary Schedule and make sure to pop in for the festivities. On that note, thanks for reading this month's Blue Report. The team does appreciate it!
