What is the most embarrassing thing you have ever done?

Hmmmmm... I haven't done anything very embarrassing that I can think of, but in the 7th grade, as I was just about to sit down, somebody accidently pushed my chair in and I ended up plopping down right on the floor. I sat there stunned for about 5 seconds then just started laughing.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why?

Last year I said that the thing I would definitely change is my attitude, but this year I'm going to say that I don't want to change anything. Over the course of time I realized that my attitude is fine just the way it is and if anyone has a problem with it, tough. Some should even view it as an advantage.

If you could be anyone for a day, who would you be and why?

If I could be anyone for a day, I would like to be the person will bring Apple Inc. down. I absolutely hate Macintoshs, iBooks and all these things that Apple makes and I would really be happy the day that they dissapear off the face of the Earth. Apple's rotten! How's that for "think[ing] different"? =op

If you were to be stranded on a tropical deserted island and could bring three things (or people) with you, what would they be?

I would bring my computer (Duh! =op), complete with Internet connection and everything, a special someone (No, I won't tell you who.) and my cat.

How long have you been a member of the Outpost?

I have been a member of the Outpost since January 8th 2001, so over a year now.

How did you find out about it?

I found out about it at the Phantom Star Top 100 Star Trek sites. Outpost10F was at the top at the time and I needed another place to chat so I thought I'd check it out. It proved to be very worthwhile. -.^

What was your first impression of the Outpost?

I thought "Oh my gosh, this is just like Sec5!" but of course at the time I didn't know that talking about the "Big Bad Wolf" was a big no-no.

What persuaded you to keep chatting at the Outpost?

First of all, the fact that it was so much like the "Big Bad Wolf" in appearance and I liked the fact that I didn't need to learn anything new to use the chat. Second of all the people there were so much nicer and they seemed to get along better. Lastly, I just liked it. I don't know why, I just liked it.

How much time do you spend chatting?

In the beginning, you couldn't tear me away from my computer, I spent every free moment chatting. I once stayed in the chatrooms for 15 and 1/2 hours, from the time I woke up, to the time I went to sleep. Lately, I haven't been going in much, mostly because the place is crawling with newbies. Don't get me wrong, it's not that I don't like newbies, it's just that it's more new people to meet and to remember and most of them don't ever come back. Frankly I don't remember the Outpost to ever have this many newbies at one time, but then again I just may be not paying attention. Talking to people I know and that I'm friends with is much easier and much much more fun. *eg*

Do you think having departments is a good idea? Why or why not?

I think that having departments is a great idea, this way it's not just frequenting a chat, you can actually do something with what you know or learn new things. One thing that I just hate though is people who complain that they can't get into a department because they don't know much. That just shows that they haven't tried hard enough. Everyone from the best programmer in the world to the person who doesn't know how to turn on a computer (Well maybe not. =op) can get into a department.

Do you participate in monthly contests for the Guilds? If yes, how often?

I regularly participate in the Artists' Guild contests, mostly every month, but sometimes I get lazy and don't submit, or don't have anything to submit.

What is your opinion on the Plan of the Future?

In my opinion the Plan of the Future is great, but they have made this whole fuss about it and it's not coming. *sigh* It will eventually expand the Outpost and make a stronger, more organized community, but I think that we also need to be prepared for an overflow of people, I'm not sure that some people will want to handle that and we might lose some "oldies" which would be very regrettable.

What do you think of the changes being made to the community (Creation of a new department, merging of departments, general organization, etc. ...)?

The changes made to the community are very helpful, it was rather clear(ish) that R&D and Engineering should be merged because they essentially were the same departments only on different levels of expertise. I do miss the R&D blue though. =o( Even though it all might seem like chaos now, it would be very helpful to sort everything out now instead of later, when it will cause even more chaos. The Outpost was in need of a great overhaul.

If you could open another chat room in the Outpost, what theme would you choose?

I'd choose either "The Matrix" or "X-Files". "The Matrix" is just simply the greatest movie ever and "X-Files" is my favorite series after Star Trek.

If you could play a practical joke on Admiral Andrew Maxwell, what would it be?

I would change his command code so that his old one doesn't work and deny access to the server so that he can't change it back. His new command code will give him the rank of a crewman with absolutely no access to anything. =op I think it would be fun watching him squirm and try to find a way to get his code back.

If you could have the Admiral's command code and access to all the pages for a day, what would you do?

I would visit every single page I can that I didn't have access to before, to see just what the seniors hide from the little people. =op I might also raid his minibar and of course I'll come into TF as an Admiral and zap everyone just for fun. =op

If you were given access to the Admiral's handbag for a day, what would you do?

I'd start a paying showcase where for 5 dollars a person you could have a look inside the Admiral's handbag. It'll make me rich by the end of the day! I'll also steal the pink Nokia from inside the bag and change the faceplate to neon or electric blue.

Who should be the next Outpost Admiral and why?

Me and because I want to? =op

What do you think is an acceptable bribe to offer for the next Admiral's position?

The offer of the safe return of the Admiral's kidnapped handbag. *nod nod*

Are the Admiralty really Sith Lords in disguise? (Remember, there are always two of them!)

Hmmmmmm, now that I think about it, no wonder they're trying to exterminate all the Jedi in the Cloud City Cantina!

If there were mutiny in the Outpost, who would you follow?

I would follow (A)Manda and Jen in the "Great Attack of Rubberbands and Peas"!

Is Babel really a Time Lord?

Of course he is! He has that blue police box he calls the TARDIS. I steal it from time to time. =op It's very very big. *nod nod* Tell him to say hi to Cleopatra for you!

Who is the true Boss Kitty: RDMG or KittyKat?

This is a hard one. I'd say RDMG because KittyKat is the Purple Evil and Insane Queen. *nod nod*

What colour robes suit Darth Damos best?

Blue!!! It'll go well with his red hair. =op

What is a Teekador?

Are you sure it's not a Teekadore? I think it's an adorable TeeKay... Or maybe it's a furry bunny type creature that lives in Australia.

What does C.T. stand for?

Crazy Turkey *nod nod* (Crazy Texan =op)

What does J.J. stand for?

That I don't know. You're going to have to ask CT.

Do you have any further comments on Outpost 10F or this interview?

No, not really. Keep up the good work peeps!
