Shortbread Cookies

½ cup Cornstarch
1 ½ cup Icing sugar
3 cups Sifted all purpose flour
1 ¼ lbs butter

Directions:

Sift cornstarch, icing sugar and flour together.
Blend in butter with spoon, mixing until soft dough forms.
Shape into 1" balls.
Place 1 ½" apart on a non-greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with a fork (floured)
Bake at 300 F for 20-25 min until edges are lightly browned.
