This has become a
monthly recurring blog, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. It highlights what is hot and trending in the
social media community and sharing that with our Outpost 10F community.
There is just so much stuff about Rogue One! We didn’t get that treatment last year when The Force Awakens was in production and running up to release. They were very secretive about TFA. This time around, I think the story for Rogue One is pretty much known by all, we know why and where we’re going with this. So of course, we had to tweet about the gazillion trailers about the movie!! Some of these trailers are really good and worth watching.

A popular hashtag that has been going around these past few weeks is #StarWarsMarathon. A lot of fans are rewatching the Star Wars movies to get ready for Rogue One. This isn’t a bad idea because what happens at Geonosis and with Count Dooku has repercussions on the construction of the Death Star and the formation of the Galactic Empire. So obviously I’m going to be rewatching the Star Wars movies, even the Phantom Menace with Jar Jar in it.
So what’s next for
Star Wars? Well, Emilia Clarke the very
popular actress of Game of Thrones has been cast in the upcoming Han Solo
spinoff movie. She’s rumoured to be the lead supporting female role opposite to
Alden Ehrenreich.
And on a sombre note, the Internet community is saddened by the passing of Ron Glass, the extraordinary actor best known for his role in Firefly.
