 It is my pleasure to additionally present two awards

Senior Officer of the Month: Richard Smith(CL8).

Richard Smith has continued his sterling service for the Outpost within Communications, in his roles as Communications Senior Manager and Blue Report Editor. Most notably, I was delighted that Richard was recently able to arrange an exclusive Blue Report interview with Nana Visitor. Well done, Richard, and a massive thank you for your contributions across the board - it is my pleasure to present you with the Senior Officer of the Month award. Very well deserved.

CL2 with Honors</b>: Elladora (CL3). 

Elladora recently joined OTF and has been highly recommended for CL3. It is my pleasure to present her with this award for CL2 with Honors.
