Not a whole lot has been going on this month on the sci-fi news front.  Star Wars 8 is in production.  It seems Star Trek Discovery seems to get pushed back again and again.  However, in recent news we just found out who is the Captain.  Jason Isaacs was just cast in that role in the past week.

Many Star Wars VIII character bios have been released and we’ve learned new information about why Kylo Ren turned to the dark side.  Lots of speculation about Snoke and the strength of The Dark Order.  Rey gets a makeover on the cover of Force Friday 2’s new toy box design.  This is all great news, but nothing ground breaking this month.  If you don’t want too many spoilers you have to be careful, there is a lot of information circulating these days! 

Josh Gad continues to enlist Hollywood celebrities to try and get information out of Daisy Ridley.  This is worth it just to see the look on Daisy’s face!  This is worth a look, for a good laugh, and Chris Pratt is just priceless!!

 What is truly great news, is that one of our Outpost 10F members’ photographs has gone viral!  This is exciting news!!  Lzrman took a photo of a cat during a house fire.  The cat bit its owner in her sleep to wake her during the night.  This gave the family enough time to wake and exit the house before the fire.   This pic took instantly to the Internet and went viral!  Congratulations Will!  You deserve this moment in the spotlight!  If you happen to see him around the Outpost, go ahead and buy him a drink and ask him about his photo!
