Cont. Official London Union 2004

Saturday arrives. Boy is this going fast! The big group split up in two smaller groups and went on their take over on London. While one group went for a long walk, a visit to Westminster Abbey and a boat ride the rest was escorted to the brig. Seems we where not allowed to take over London. DS has the pictures to prove this. A few facts of that event: DS was found guilty of coming from Elton by the judge and so were all his followers. Think twice of whom you follow next time. When the torture devices were shown they went like he has one, she hasn’t. He has one and she hasn’t. Then he pointed at TK and told us that she might have one. No we do not know who this individual was, but it seems that he definitely needed a vacation outside the brig. We managed to find our way out, not that ISA was very helpful with that. After that this group went on a hunting trip. Some of us brought a wish list: books, comics, and various other goodies. So first stop was the bookshop, where PV got this nice little present that the whole group enjoyed in Pages bar. Thanks Logan! Ok, back to the hunting, after the bookshop we went for the Forbidden Planet. Finding yourself a ship that went there wasn’t the problem, the amount of credits you had on you was. Oh and also the amount of room you still had left in your bags for you trip back. Most of us found loads of goodies, which had to be taken away by other group members so the group would stick together, instead of half of them reading. After that we finally managed to see Pages. Where we found out that it had a Stargate theme going that evening. We had a trivia and season 5 episodes, with even a few good new episodes from Stargate Atlantis. The bad thing for the gate people was that the OTF-ers outnumbered the rest, and we had our own fun and games with us. And not all of the OTF-ers liked to watch the show, but felt more like talking, walking in front of the screen. But no, we didn’t start a war. We had our own entertainment with PV’s book and the OTF boy group singing. We didn’t want to leave, but they kicked us out after closing time. A group then went to go to a different bar for a few more hours of drinking pleasure. The others decided that it was not their thing, or they would not be allowed in the bar and so went home to get a few hours of sleep. To be woke up again at 3 in the morning by the returning bar members. Thank you, people!
