The following procedures have been outlined as part of General Order 42 (Martial Law) which has been implemented as of Stardate 2004.04.01

• All personnel must appear in full uniform at all times. Every senior officer must be addressed as sir or ma'am; there are NO exceptions. Any senior officer who refuses to comply with this portion of General Order 42 may schedule an appointment with Starfleet Command to voice their concerns or face termination.
• The emergency holographic security program (EHSP) has been initiated due to the implementation of General Order 42. Failure to comply with any portion of General Order 42 will not be overlooked. This DOES include any senior officer who may choose to violate General Order 42. Note: This is your only warning.
• Any insubordination or attempt at mutiny will not be tolerated. This includes insinuations, analogous remarks, similes, metaphors, allusions, parodies, ultimatums, threats or any such attitudes deemed inappropriate by Starfleet Command. Note: A contingent of Starfleet Secret Service officers have just arrived on board the Outpost to ensure disipline and order. These officers have been trained in all forms of combat - resistance is futile.
