Suspect: Which came first... the chicken or the egg... I'd say OTF; OTF is a thought, a dream, an ideal... all it took was one person to set that universal ideal in motion

Suspect: Honestly not sure...

Suspect: Think of the internet. Now think of a place where you can go, have fun, learn things, do things, and be relatively safe (or so we think *G*). Yep.. that's OTF

Suspect: Wilmington, North Carolina, USA

Suspect: Don't mean to be less-than-modest, but I've got too many to count ;)
