Kypdurron is appointed as the Assistant ISA Director with Dmitri moving into the 2nd Assistant Director chair. Osiris is promoted to the Overwatch Task Force Leader.

Luc Deathstryke steps down from the ISA and ISA Command to become the LOTR DSC, and Dmitri steps up to the Auror Security ATL position in his place.

The ISA Training Center is publically released - and now accessible to CL5+ Officers, as well as to ISA Officers as it was for months previously. Kudos to Toddy, Jon, Hongjun, Jaden Korr and Iain for their work on the Training Center.

A new, more flexible, Security structure is put into effect. Instead of three genre-specific task forces (Star Trek Security, Star Wars Security, LOTR Security), there now exist in their place three genre-independent teams (Auror Seurity, Defiant Security, Overwatch Security). The ISA Command shake-up was however minimal, with TFLs and ATFLs from one Task Force moving to become TL and ATL respectively of one Team.

The EC Liaison position has been dissolved, as all SMs (including the ISA Director) have become EC members. Thanks, Glenn, for your service to the ISA in this role!

November 16, 2004

Following years of service, Rock has stepped down as the ISA Director. Iain has taken his place, with Zild and kyp as his assistants.

Following Jon's resignation from the Executive Council, Glenn has stepped up to his former position as the ISA's EC Liaison.

After four years of service in the ISA, one as the ISA Director, Toddy has stepped down as the ISA Director. Rock has taken her place, with Iain as his assistant.

The LOTR Security Task Force has been created, initially led by Jaden Korr and kypdurron.

One of the Prime Directives - Using a rank in your handle is not permitted under any circumstances. Special ranks will only appear as a rank if authorized by OTF Command. - has been removed, per a decision between the ISA Executive and the Executive Council.
