The ISA Training Center is publically released - and now accessible to CL5+ Officers, as well as to ISA Officers as it was for months previously. Kudos to Toddy, Jon, Hongjun, Jaden Korr and Iain for their work on the Training Center.

A new, more flexible, Security structure is put into effect. Instead of three genre-specific task forces (Star Trek Security, Star Wars Security, LOTR Security), there now exist in their place three genre-independent teams (Auror Seurity, Defiant Security, Overwatch Security). The ISA Command shake-up was however minimal, with TFLs and ATFLs from one Task Force moving to become TL and ATL respectively of one Team.
