Pearlman and Blair Talk Hellboy 2 (2004-08-26)
OutNow.CH had a chance to talk to Ron Perlman and Selma Blair during their promotional stay in Zurich, Switzerland. In Selma Blair's interview she talked about the sequel... "Yes. I will be in part two! How can I not be, you evil man? Liz has her strengths finally. She would better be in part two! I'm signing on to do it and I think we are shooting in one year. Probably in Prague, maybe Berlin even." Perlman, on the other hand, says that he's being kept in the dark. "They don't let any of their secrets out on me. I think that they really regard me as this 14-year old irresponsible adolescent, who the minute is told a secret to, is just going to be blabber all out on the internet. I'll probably find out about it, as we are shooting."

Spider-Man 2 DVD News (2004-08-21)
Hailed as the best reviewed film among a crowded summer of mega-hits, the highly acclaimed Spider-Man 2 leaps onto two-disc DVD and VHS on Tuesday, Nov. 30 from Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment. The film opened to shattering numbers at the box office, so far earning $362 million domestically and over $700 million worldwide. The DVD will be available in both wide and full screen versions and will be loaded with over 10 hours of special features.

AVP Has Strong Opening (2004-08-14)
20th Century Fox's Alien Vs. Predator dominated the Friday box office with an estimated $17.2 million from 3,395 theaters. The film stars two legendary movie monsters, which have both starred in their own series and numerous sequels.

To Be Released Today... (2004-08-13)
Coming out in theaters across North America today, Alien Vs. Predator (AVP) pits the two movie monster legends against each other at a buried archeological site in the Antarctic. (Its predecessors: Alien (1979) which starred Sigourney Weaver, became a science-fiction/horror classic; and Predator(1987), which starred Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jesse Ventura has also become legendary.)

Superman V News (2004-08-11)
IGN FilmForce has learned that the script pages now being used to audition actors for the title role in director Bryan Singer's forthcoming Superman movie are not from either J.J. Abrams' old draft or from the new script being penned by Dan Harris and Michael Dougherty. Instead, the casting directors auditioning contenders for the next Man of Steel are using scenes from 1978's Superman: The Movie.
