There were hardly any conventions in December and the first few days of this month, looking ahead though there are a few conventions here and there.
In Europe this past December there was a convention with Claudia Black (Aeryn Sun) & Wayne Pygram (Scorpius) of Farscape, as well as JediCon 7. At the first of this month Creation Entertainment held a Star Trek convention with guests being William Shatner, Kate Mulgrew, Michael Dorn, Gates McFadden, Alexander Siddig, and Richard Arnold. That's all that I have for last month's conventions.
Now for some upcoming ones. First off we have GenghisCon in Australia, this will be taking place from January 31 - February 2. In the UK Sci-Fi London, the London Science Fiction and Fantasy Film Festival, will be on January 30 through February 2. Vericon will be happening in Boston Massachusetts on January 24 - 26.
