Pecan Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

2 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 - 8 ½ oz. Crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup finely chopped pecans
¼ cup chopped green pepper or parsley
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp seasoned salt
Method:

Soften cream cheese. Gradually stir in other ingredients. Chill well. Form as a large ball & roll in chopped pecans. Chill until serving time. Garnish with twist of pineapple slices, maraschino cherries, and parsley. Serve with crackers.
