APPLE PORRIDGE
Enjoy this healthy stack warm or cold before you head out to work in the morning. Or for those of us who are currently unemployed, something nutritious to absorb in preparation for dealing with the day's OTF issues.
Ingredients:
1) An Apple
2) Some oatmeal>br>
3) Honey
4) Cinnamon
5) Milk
The Process:
Fill a typical cereal bowl half way with oatmeal. Pour milk into the bowl until the oatmeal is saturated. Peel your apple and then grate it into the bowl on top of the soaking oatmeal. Then squirt in some honey and top with a cinnamon sprinkle. Pop in the microwave for warmth, or be lazy like I usually am at 7:00 AM and simply eat it cold. Either way, it's a tasty and healthy way to start the day. Be creative and add bananas or strawberries depending on the season.
