Kit's Cheese Krispies

I got this recipe from a friend at work and have shared it with h=just about everyone who likes cheese and things that crunch - Beware - these are additcive - you can't eat just one!

2 cups grated cheese (cheddar works nicely, and if you mix it half and half with jalapeno monterray jack, its even better)
2 sticks of butter, softened
2 cups flour
2 cups rice krispies
Dash of red/cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 375F
Mix everything together in a large bowl
Take tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls with your hands
Place on a cookie/baking sheet and flatten with a fork
Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown
Remove from oven, place on paper towel for about 2 minutes to cool and set, and then serve - they won't last long enough to get cold
