Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
2/3 cup Water
2 tsp. baking soda
3 cups Flour
1 cup pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

1. Beat the first 6 ingredients together, and then beat in the pumpkin.

2. Beat in the rest of the ingredients.

3. Stir in nuts.

4. Pour into 3 greased coffee cans, or 3 loaf pans, or lots of little/mini loaf pans (whatever size)

5. Bake 1 hour at 350.

6. Remove from oven and cool. Can be frozen double wrapped in plastic and then foil.

7. Slice and serve with whipped unsalted butter, or even better, whipped honey butter after you toast it!
