Dutch Apple Balls I say that cause Dracmus is from Holland :)

4 firm apples
50 gram butter
1 egg yolk
2 table spoons of crystallized honey
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
puffed pastry

Roll the puffed pastry till you have 4 thin pieces. Stir the butter with the honey and cinnamon. Remove the cores from the apples and fill them with the butter and honey mixture.

Put one apple in the middle of a piece of puffed pastry and fold the ends over the apple. Turn the apples up side down on a greased baking plate. Put the whipped egg yolk over the apple balls and put them in a pre heated oven at 225°C for 15-20 minutes till they are brown.

Tip 1. You can also replace the honey with raisins and sugar (and chopped almonds). The amount of raisins, well to your tasting and good judgement.
Tip 2. Eat them when they are still warm and with some whipped cream.
Tip 3. The ingredients and oven temp are grams and centegrade. For the Americans, don't forget to convert to ounces and fahrenheit.
