"A day in the life of the counseling staff."

The object of every counseling staff member is to keep the Boss Dragon happy and sweet, as she can make such a to-do if she starts roaring flames. The smoke alarm and sprinklers go off and we have to replace desks and chairs. It can be an expensive business, but lucky for us she is a very sweet-natured, good-humoured boss, who we are only too happy to work for... plus there is the threat of the 'Wet Noodle'. *shudders*

On the plus side we do get rewarded for our good work. She has an enormous chocolate stash that she generously shares with her staff... but the one thing she does refuse to share with the rest of her female staff is her best kept Secret Closet where she keeps,... *looks about and decides it is best not to tell, could get the noodle*. The secret closet is closely guarded by her own cohorts Zilette and Dustia (part-time bodyguards, full time waste management specialize in collection of belly button lint).

When she is in a good mood, she likes nothing more than to lock her door, and we can only guess what she is doing.... We hear corks pop and laughing...and music.... I guess the dragon has got it all, while the rest of us watch on in envy.

Zannie and I are plotting to have our own secret closets if only we can find out what or who is in hers. I think I would like to have Sean Bean and Bono in mine *drools at the idea*. Of course, I would have to keep them safe from our pain stick-wielding Klingon Counselor Komonda. It's amazing how we all get nervous when we pass her office, never knowing when she will pop out either lavishing us with chocolate or getting prodded with something sharp, depending on her mood. You know how unpredictable Klingon females can be.

When we are not slaving away, keeping the Counseling Department going, we like to Parrrttyyyyy. Lucky for us, we have the Holidays and Birthdays of all the 10f community, so we always have a good excuse *EG* Z and Zannie do their song and dance routine (we are still trying to get them part-time work in Broadway), Nobbe has all the contacts being in the Music Guild, and Eggy has the job as PR manager in charge of advertising and promoting our cause trying to convince peeps a dragon is light on her toes is quite hard, but he is the man for the job. But until fame and fortune comes their way, we will continue to work for 10f Counseling Department, slaving over our desks non-stop.
